I’ve a pal in Cyprus who’s predicted that Krankie will get an unexpected chance to shine soon, in one of those oh-no/oh-yes scenarios when we have one of our best players injured for a spell, and he stops in to save out bacon (or beef/turkey/tofu bacon for those who don’t partake of the pork). Up to now, he’s been spot on in every aspect of Krankies career. So much so that they call him the Niko-Seer.
PS If we’re still striker shy after the next transfer window, I say we promote from within. I’m possibly one of the few who might think Harry is very much Kane and able.

The web tittle-tattle that always makes me laugh is any story starring the timeless phrase “Player-swap exclusive”. What do they think modern football is… Kids in the playground trading bloody Panini cards? Has nobody worked out yet that Spurs are a Plc and as such, carrying out a transfer like weighing up a 1/4 of cola cubes by eye in the local newsagent isn’t going to quite cut the mustard. End of rant.
