Missing Person – Please Help – Small Reward

Good morning. Now pay attention.

The man we are looking for is one Alan Longsocks Hutton, street name Generalissmo Franco Begbie . When standing up he he is 6’1″. Early indicators are that he is not injured in the conventional sense. There is no record of him on Physioroom.com or indeed Tottenham’s official site (although they have a splendedt interview with our new goalkeeper, Patrick Jennings).

Recent sightings include an audition for Celebrity Come Dancing at Craven Cottage and a bit part in Scotland vs Someone Else, the motion picture.

‘Franco’ is believed to be still in the London area and extreme caution is advised if approached. Scientists are still grappling to explain how a young man from Penilee in Glasgow when showered weekly in tens of thousands of pounds and a near infinite variety of the capital’s iniquitous dens and juicers could become distracted.

When this impressionable young man arrived in N17 in 2008 with nothing but a thin film of sweat on his forehead and a pocket full of Stay Plus, his enthusiasm was nearly unstoppable, he told Mr Levy, ‘…pleasure. It’s like, my pleasure in other people’s leisure.’

Ordinarily nobody would be that concerned but after the attempted murder of Charlie on Tuesday night our need for a right back has suddenly become urgent. This blog is hereby offering the cash sum of 72 new pence for his safe return.

Don’t know if we need Hutton – just get Kyle Walker back from Villa – he’s been getting rave reviews and of course a call up from Capello into the England squad (not sure if that’s good or bad!)

Walker is indeed the better bet, pace to burn and reads the game well. He is going to be a very good player. He would be fantastic as a wing back but would rather him covering for Charlie, in any formation than Hutton who is so unreliable defensively and hinders Len.

The other option is Kabooooom, but no idea how much longer he is going to be out for.

Pity Woody picked up another problem but I suppose inevitable bearing in mind such a long absence. Just hope it is only minor and that he can get sorted quickly. At least we only have 2 games between now and the Meeeeelan return leg.

Why do we always seem to be getting so many injuries, we are so unlucky but it is amazing that we are still doing so well even with such a sick list.

Whats the form with Kyle Walker? Is he recallable if need be?

A bit of ITK here. My mates dad is a good friend of Russ Abbot, and apparently Russ’ agent is in the final stages of sigining Gattuso up for a christmas run as a pantomime baddie. They are thinking Dick Dastardly at the moment. There are unconfirmed rumours that big John Terry will play his sidekick Muttley. Take it or leave it.

Leave Walker where he he is. He’ll come back a much better player for seeing out his loan spell.

Besides, it looks as though Charlie’s injury isn’t as serious as first thought…

I think we had this last season with JOH – I was sure there was some kind of rule that you couldn’t end a ‘same division’ loan early. Although it might just have been me imagining things after eating one of those Smarties Begbie gave me!?
