Hello listener.
Can I shock you? I’m looking forward to another FA Cup tie tonight. ‘They’ say that these domestic pots are dead, but they still hold a bit of magic in the Hotspur household. Even if you minus the Arsenal factor from proceedings, the FA Cup throws together big fish and minnows and that can only be good for football.
Anway, word in via Italian media of all places is that a football club called Paris Saint Germaine Greer made an approach for Kaboul In A China Shop.
The enquiry was greeted with a brief but polite, ‘Not today, thank you.’
Younes started brightly, went a bit rubbish and then upon his return looked every bit like a world beater in the making. Good to see interest in the squad beyond the usual Bale or Modders piffle and better still to see we do not need to flog prospects off.
Nicey nicey lemon spicey. Kaboul will soon become the new CB number one. It’ll be silly to sell him
Sold to the man in the soiled suit :-p
put your tongue away scoundrel. It is very rude. There, you’ve been told. Who next!
Funny, I overheard the exact same thing the other day. You see, I had gone to see a man about a shoeshine, and then….
I like to see Kaboul on the pitch what’s been his problem?
What’s with Balers back? I think we should be told.
KaBoom has the makings of a great player – Be it at CB or RB (Let’s not forget his run & cross at Eastlands last season). When he scored the leveller against Villa and ran 40 yds to jump on BMJ, you could tell that he was the right kind of bloke. All heart & loyalty.
I thought it was shocking that we sold him and it smacked of a knee-jerk reaction to the Dame Comolli goings-on. Glad he made it home… He’s got the makings of Spurs Legend written all over him.
I’m sure most at the club would have liked him to stay but he wanted 1st team footie and wasn’t getting it.
p.s. Come on you O’s & all you young Yids tonight. Please, let it be one of our young ‘uns to bag the winner!!!
I shall be wotchin’, guv.
