For anyone harbouring notions of getting Berbatov back, consider the following:
IF he’s made available Ferguson is selling for a reason. He has only a year left before he’s a free agent, so Fergie might want to recoup some dosh, however why would you not look to extend the contract of the EPLs top scorer? Why would you not start yourt top scorer in the Champions League Final why would you choose Owen, a has-been five years ago, over your top scorer??? Why? Why? Why?

also I wouldn’t touch him with the way he messed our club about. After his first season with us he made noises about moving to utd. So we bought his replacement (Darren Bent) for £16m, but he decided to stay instead and Mr Bent spent most of that season on the bench, messing his career about. The second season we all know what happend there.
He’s yesterdays man and would prefer our club to sign up and coming talent.
I know he was our best player we had after so many years, but the only sentiment I have of him is that the word “cunt” floats around my mind whenever I see him on telly.
