Chelsea thought they could just tap him up, unsettle him and then put in a measly bid and work it up to £30 million and get him on the cheap. Its nice to see Levy wouldnt play ball but it would be even better if he would hurry up and prove his intent by signing those couple of world class players to convince Modders where his future lies.
