This achieves two things. You encourage people to go to live games, especially kids …and are perceived as noble, generous and wise. The second is that you treat your fans like grown ups whilst keeping them on the boil as punters nurturing and indulging their desire in spending money with you.

Did Crouchy seriously score a 35 yard screamer? I don’t believe he is capable of such a thing, these pictures are pretty convincing though.
Apparently he did but there was a leading wind, and he tore ligaments.
It’s all happening at the Emptycrates, apparently the scum were divided on whether or not to boo after watching their team squander a two goal lead (again) It all got a bit nasty and punches were thrown. But no arrests were made because none of the punches actually reached their intended targets.
