Silly season is upon us so the evening shift grinds grunts and spits out some transfer rumour flavoured gems for your delectation before rolling over to blissfully snore.
In keeping with the increased intensity of rumour mongering, lies, made up mayhem and general guff I think a nightly evening session may well be in order. I guess we’ll find our own way, eh?

Is it just me, or have the minutes stretched to 70 odd seconds. The hours seem to have been stretched to 75 mins. The days are now about 28 hours long, and three o’clock toady seems so far away.
For two hours this afternoon, I will get my latest fix of my drug of choice. At 5pm, I will again be cut off and have to go through the pains of withdrawal yet again until 7.45 on Tuesday.
After nearly fifty years of taking this drug, I had always remained in control, but they have done something with this years’s batch that has overcome my self-control. Do I need treatment? Is there a Spurs Anonymous self-help group apart from HH’s blog?
Should I begin all my posts by saying, My name is SpurredoninDublin and I am an addict?
I know how you feel, I’ve be on the same drug since Torquay played Spurs in FA cup in 1963. Its been a long road since then, Lots of peaks and troughs on the way, but nothing like this season has been. May it long continue, only if the heart can stand it.
This could be the greatest year yet.
