I think this was a deal that was provisionally agreed pre the court case and HR getting off. I think that Levy would have ratified the deal based on a large payoff from the FA. And the moment he was cleared it was rubber stamped.

I share your sentiments re clinging on to 4th..completely shocking given the position a month or two ago.
Re Harry, whilst Im grateful for what hes done, I cant help feel that his attitude since the England job stuff has been really poor and has had a huge effect on us.
