I’m so confused!

Manchester City, Manchester United and the 3rd placed team in the Premier League will enter the Champions League in the group stage* next season.

  • The 5th placed team in the Premier League will enter the Europa League in the play-off round next season.
  •  Liverpool will enter the Europa League in the 3rd qualifying round next season.

  • The 4th placed team in the Premier League will enter the Champions League in the play-off round next season.

  • Chelsea will enter the Champions’ League in the group stage next season.
  • The 4th placed team in the Premier League will take Chelsea’s FA Cup European qualifying spot and will enter the Europa League next season.

However it’s not yet clear whether they will take the same spot in UEFA’s Access List and start in the Group Stage or whether this honour will pass to the domestic Cup winner of another country and whether the 4th placed team have to start in the play-off round instead. UEFA will confirm this were this scenario to happen.

  • The 3rd placed team in the Premier League will enter the Champions League in the group stage* next season.

* It is not yet fully established whether 3rd place will secure a group stage seeding or have to play a qualifying round, should Chelsea win the Champions League.

Could be worse, could be Barton’s anger management adviser.

Good result today and to be expected. Am I happy with 4th? In a nutshell No, but I’ll take it. 3rd should have been achieved before kick off today. So the destiny of Eurozone football for the club is put on ice. Maybe the management are to. Who’s the gif of?

Harry told me us he loves us all, hope it was sincere!!

Redknapp’s inadequacies as a manager have cost us 3rd place. After throwing away a 13 point cushion, playing for a draw against Villa last week when 3 points were needed has left us at the mercy of Bayern beating Chelscum rather than having a secure CL place. He should resign now and do us all a favour. If he doesn’t feel he should resign after screwing up so massively, I hope Levy makes his mind up for him and gives him the boot. Either way – – Redknapp out!

The real question. Is martin fulop
    1. Utterly useless

    2. Have some grudge against spurs
    3. Bribed by arsenal

Who says luck does not play a part. He totally gifted them 2 goals..

      3 goals

matt le tissier “worst performance by a goalkeeper I’ve ever seen”

being a fulop will become the new word for a c*nt

        the gooalie is fulop

        • jfdit says:

donut – the quote was by pundit matt le tissier on sky sports news regarding fulop’s performance or lack of one

      • UnkleKev says:

Unfortunately, the conspiracy theory is rather scuppered by the fact that Fulop was a last minute replacement. So unless he somehow conspired to inflict Foster’s injury we’ll just have to put this one dowbn to ineptitude I’m afraid.
