Good evening.

The fifth in the series and this week ODM and I are joined by The Cincinatti Yid who provides a welcome perspective from fan in the USA.

Given the creaking start to the season we look at where we really stand after the transfer window and how long Andrè Villas-Boas ought to be given if we lose at Reading, or indeed if we wallop them.

Other topics include the the thighs of some bloke OneDaveMackay developed a crush on during the Olympic Games as we ask the question, ‘who gives a solitary flip about International football anymore?’

There’s high praise from me for our dedicated away fans as we look at Sunday’s trip to the Madejski and this week’s toe tapping choons are dedicated to Gylfi Sigurdsson and Kyle Walker.

We’ve have a great response from fans wanting to be our guest star and please be assured you will all get involved one by one!

Harry – long time reader, first time poster. I try and avoid some of the bile on blogs like this (within the comments), however, I generally understand you whilst not always agreeing with you. Regardless, if you need a spokesman from Hong Kong then let me know.

Sorry what? Not aware of any HK blogs at all. I have seen plenty of people get on HH’s back recently though, which was my point. No need. What was your point?

Question for you Harry. But first, let me explain. I was on the fence after AVBs appointment but kneejerking as I am, I feel Ive seen enough already to forsee his demise before Christmas. God I want to be wrong, but just dont see this ending well. So, as one of his biggest proponents on the spurs interwebs, Where’s your line? How many games will it take for you to say enoughs enough? People keep saying he needs time. To me that translates as “He’s going to cost us points!” But how many will it cost before you yourself have had enough?

just listened to the podcast for the first time, total rub..no, actually very good. hats off to you and keep it up. btw if pendleton plays for england then i’ll go to every game i tell you that for nothing.

State school you say? but I thought you and ODM sounded like a couple of middle aged public school boys…still, there’s nothing wrong intrinsically wrong with that mind, I happen to be one myself. Someone up above mentioned you sounded like you were in a public toilet, an exaggeration but I must say an investment in a top top audio mike is a must in the broadcast business, and some work on acoustics, avoid hard flat surfaces, tiles or mirrors..but I’m sure you have some expert boffins working on it as I write.

We need to beat Reading tomorrow, I can feel a 3-2 coming, Siggy’s due a goal and Dempsey will score on his debut…Poggy’ll get one too I suspect, why didn’t we pick him up when he was available?

Harry was broadcasting from a toilet in a Public school except there it’s called the lavatory.

We do have an expert (Robin da tech) cleaning up but if Harry’s teeth are in the wrong way round there’s not much Robin can do about it
