- Between 500 and 900 words
- Factually accurate and properly sourced
- Clear structure with sub-headings where appropriate
- Written in British English
- Neutral tone for news pieces (opinion pieces must be clearly labelled)

- Brand, product, or service solicitations
- Content without required sources or citations
