Afternoon.

The FA Cup and the League Cup had supposedly become diminished in recent times. This season so far has drawn accusations of a drop in quality across the Premiership – so hardly surprising that both competitions are suddenly of increased interest.

Spurs travel to Craven Cottage and I have to say it’s a game that doesn’t inspire me and I’ve a huge doubt in my mind over Tottenham’s ability to do the right thing and smash Fulham.

Fulham looked like they were in for a boost with Sparky Marky Hughes’ appointment. And that’s as far as the boost went. It was expected but it never arrived.

What followed was a conveyor belt of mostly draws and very little to cheer about. Since us nicking the 3 points there on the 1st of the month, they’ve beaten West Brom, Peterborough and Stoke. Which doesn’t suggest to me that Hughes has exactly turned the ship.

All eyes on our illustrious strike force and whether Arry opts to hoof it at the Human Draft Excluder or to play football. What is certain is that the chances of us seeing fresh meat in the Striker Dep.t are looking bleaker by the day and it wouldn’t harm our lot to mount a Cup run based on one or more of our lot hitting a vein of form.

Prediction: The sleeping beast awakes and crushes all in it’s path. 0-3 is 20/1 at Bet356 who will double your deposit up to £200. Bless ’em.
