Hundreds of London bus drivers are set to begin strike action on Friday, December 12, affecting services across West and East London.
The industrial action will involve staff at two garages, with significant disruptions expected on multiple bus routes.
East and North East London
Around 350 drivers from the Lea Interchange Bus Garage will walk out over allegations of “union busting and bullying,” which Stagecoach has denied.
This strike is expected to suspend services on 12 London bus routes in East and North East London, with additional delays on route 86.
West, South West, and North West London
Drivers from the Westbourne Park Bus Garage will also take part in strikes on various dates in December, including Christmas Eve.
Seven bus routes across West, South West, and North West London will be affected, with previous action in November already highlighting pay disputes.

The company denied all allegations of union busting and bullying, emphasizing that all employees are held to the same standards.
Stagecoach also stressed that their priority is maintaining safe and reliable services while minimizing disruption.
