Tottenham Hotspur are preparing to submit a formal £68m offer to Manchester City for winger Savinho, according to journalist Nicolo Schira.
The 22-year-old Brazilian has been identified as a priority attacking target for Spurs this summer as they look to significantly strengthen their forward options.
Savinho managed only 14 starts across all competitions last season, with just seven of those appearances coming in the Premier League, raising serious doubts about his long-term future at the Etihad.
