Monga, aged 16, is the third youngest player in Premier League history, behind only Arsenal’s own Ethan Nwaneri and Max Dowman, which underlines just how remarkable his rise has been.

Despite being just 16, Monga has already accumulated 37 senior appearances, with Leicester City writer Josh Holland saying “Monga plays football like he is playing in the street. He is a remarkable ball-carrier who is obsessed with beating his man and driving forward.”
As for Mbemba, the 18-year-old PSG centre-back is out of contract in Paris this summer, and Arsenal are reportedly leading the race to sign him, with talks ongoing with the player’s representatives.
Scout Jacek Kulig has described Mbemba as “one of the most exciting centre-backs of his age category in Europe,” adding that he “reads the game with sharp anticipation and intelligent positioning.”
Mattinson has also praised the defender, noting that he is “excellent in 1v1s” and possesses “lovely long passing out to the wings,” attributes that draw natural comparisons to Saliba.
No teenager has scored more goals, 13 in total, in their debut Premier League season than Kroupi, while Rogers won the Europa League and netted 14 times in all competitions this term.
Arsenal are balancing immediate improvement with long-term planning, and in Monga and Mbemba, the club could be securing two players who define the next great era at the Emirates.
