Tottenham Hotspur have established themselves as one of the most active clubs in a remarkable Premier League transfer window this summer.
Spurs have played a significant role in driving transfer fees to record-breaking heights across the English top flight in 2026.

Instead, Chelsea emerged as surprise frontrunners and ultimately secured the deal by meeting Aston Villa’s asking price without hesitation or delay.
At £117m, Rogers has become the most expensive English player in football history, a remarkable valuation that reflects the extraordinary inflation seen across the Premier League market this summer.
The 23-year-old has earned that valuation through consistent brilliance, scoring 14 goals in back-to-back seasons while contributing 28 assists across the last two campaigns for Aston Villa.
Rogers also demonstrated his quality on the international stage at the World Cup, playing on the right for England and providing the assist for Anthony Gordon’s opener in the semi-final defeat to Argentina.
His versatility has been central to his appeal, having operated on the left flank, through the middle, and on the right wing across his time in the Midlands.
With Rogers now a Chelsea player, Roberto De Zerbi and Tottenham will instead look to find a similar profile of attacker as they continue strengthening their squad this summer.
