Good morning.
Thank goodness we have another game of football before us. And what a game it will be. In a crazy parallel universe or what mental health experts are referring to as Lollypoplanditus, Spurs will move the ball around against Manchester United with the same self assured ease that they displayed at Tynecastle.
Now, one of the old blogger network type chaps I have had the pleasure of meeting is Chudi and he runs the old The Busby Way.com so who better to get a bit of pre-match banter on the boil with?
I’m going with 2-1, think you’ll get a goal against our young defence but our fire power will win it for us.
De Gea has made mistakes but they have over shadowed the ability he has shown. Was never going to be easy to replace VDS and these errors haven’t made it easier but he will come good, I have no doubt about it.
You can’t deny that he knows his stuff, I had a Liverpool fan remark to me today that he was surprisingly good ahead of their game with Arsenal. You can dislike him for how pro United he was during his career but you can’t deny his knowledge.
What is the deal with Berbatov? If he was still at WHL he’d start every week. Do you think there is an ‘issue’ between him and SAF? He must of known he was buying a bloke who mostly looks a bit bored?
Berbatov is a classy operator and offers something that none of our other strikers do. He has a big following amongst fans as well as those who aren’t quite enthused with his languid style of play.
He seems to be out of favour already with Welbeck starting instead of him in Hernandez’s absence so it doesn’t bode well for him!
My thoughts are our biggest threat will come from the other side of the city. Not convinced by Chelsea, Arsenal or Liverpool.
City already have a decent team and have added Kun to that. If they can keep Tevez things will be interesting especially as they seem to have a deal in place for Nasri.
I’m a fan of Huddlestone even if he isn’t the most mobile also Sandro is a bit tasty. Saw an U12s game against Arsenal last season and there was a blonde kid that looked like a young English Messi too.
I’m hoping you mean the car because if you mean David, you couldn’t pay me to take him!
BIOYC!
B erbatov to run around a bit and make us regret again his departure
Alternatively, krankie to score the winner for us.
I see you’ve a fan club H over on the reciprocated article at ‘The Busby Way’.
“His blog is pathetic, full of weirdos speaking in riddles.” being one of the more friendly comments.
That’s a bit rich coming from the most stupid fans in the world.
To give you some idea, I made a post on Republic of
Mancunia and was abused for being a scouser. When I asked them why they thought I was a scouser, they said my name gave it away spurREDonindublin. You can’t argue with intellect like that.
I pop in there now and again. They make us lot look 100% bonafide happy clappers.
Came across it when they were expressing their persecution complex over Rooney’s ban for swearing into the camera. They were asking all their members to keep a watch out for players swearing so that they could report them to the FA. I pointed out that the ban was for swearing into a camera on live TV.
The response, “Well what difference does that make”?
As I said, you can’t argue with intellect like that.
Meant to add: Someone reported that Crouch was swearing. I asked what did he say:
RoM poster: “Fuck”
Me: “Did you hear him?
RoM poster: “No”
Me: “How do you know he swore then”?
RoM: “I saw his lips move”.
Well there you have it: Beyond any shadow of a doubt.
praise indeed coming from mancs
we are not supposed to be understood by them we are a different breed
They must of been trying to decipher sid trotter our very own soothsayer.
heres a riddle for them. a team gets the ball over the the line by a yard and it is disallowed, the same team stops the ball from going over the line in its own goal and a goal is given against them.thats a riddle.
Will be business as usual at Old Trafford. Spurs will flatter to deceive and lose by a couple, one of which will be controversial.
Read that Manc blog. Didnt realise so many people had a ‘hate on’ for Harry Hotspur.
Manure fans don’t discriminate, they hate everybody.
Read the blog. The hate is from Spurs fans.

Recognised several of the “usual suspects” from other blogs.
Got to say that I agree that DML is a good blog. Unfortunately it is often spoiled by Internet Warriors wanting to meet up in the pub before the game, to justify some slight offered by another moron. Neither of whom should have been allowed near a computer.
Somehow, even though we all support the same team, you can understand why Shia Muslims hate Sunnis and vice versa. On DML, one man’s opinion is another man’s heresy.
Just remember: link
I always thought blogs were a vehicle for voicing opions therefore not everyone is ever gonna agree on everything. Let the moaners moan. Reckon we can snatch a point on Monday.
The trouble with that is many of those expressing their opinions, are so insecure, that whereas you and I might agree to differ if I challenge your opinion, they will want to bring back burning at the stake for your heresy.
There are unfortunately some amongst us who believe that if you do not believe what they believe 100%, then you cannot be a true fan.
we can beat the mancs this time other than ref decisions.let ratboy give them the run around for the first hour and then unleash the hudd to spray the ball to the honey monster, defoe and lennon to put them to the sword.
