Guten Ahbend.

It is a rare thang that I let HH get hijacked. But this is a top notch gig and moreover it comes via extremely decent people. Quite straightforwardly get on Twitter and get involved! Those are your instructions, are they that complicated?! Sid Trotter will of course pioneer.

Just two days before Spurs face North London rivals Arsenal at White Hart Lane, King will appear before fans to give his opinions on the match and the 2011 / 12 Barclays Premier League so far.

Fans can submit questions to the defender in advance!

Via the Barclays Football Facebook page and the Barclays Footy Twitter account, using the hashtag #AskLedley as well as during the interview on Friday.

The best questions will be put to Sir Ledders Of  King on the day, giving fans the chance to interact live with the Barclays Premier League Tottingham player that is Sir Ledders of King !

If you miss the chance to watch Ledley King live, the full interview will be available on the Barclays Football You Tube channel from Friday afternoon

This is a proper exclusive for legend stalkers … So get involved!

Are you still getting absolutely wankered and falling out of clubs like you’re a first year Uni student?

    • jim says:

      Why, are you?

      • MysteriousStranger says:

Did I rattle your cage Jim?

I’m plenty old enough to know better, and Ledley should be too.

Did you miss the updates in the National Press of Ledley falling over, or abusing doormen with the “Do you know who I am?” bullshit?

Not saying you can’t have a drink. But Ledley has embarrassed himself and the club more than just the once by getting himself “absolutely wankered” whilst on nights out.

Surely Club Captains should lead by example, yet plenty of people here and elsewhere like to level criticism at GDS for his own apparent drinking exploits. Ledley is a grown man however, unlike everyone elses new favourite hate figure.

Seeing your career disappear into the surgeons bucket after being heralded as potentially one of the finest defenders in the history of the English game might have all but the strongest of us reaching for a Jack Daniels MS – So I’ve always been inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt on the recent club ‘fall-outs’.

In fairness, he does seem to have gotten his act together and good luck to him for it. I think he deserves our support and the clubs help through what must have been a pretty low point of his life.

He still plays a very important part of our season.Unbelievably.And has been a loyal Spurs man all his career. I just don’t think its necessary to throw darts at him. So yes, you did rattle my cage.If its attention your seeking, i’m happy to oblige!

  • MysteriousStranger says:

Do you think you’ll play 30 or more games for your club in a season – something you have failed to do since 2004-05, ever again?

    • Phil McAvity says:

Are you no longer a fan of Ledders by any chance?

      • MysteriousStranger says:

One of my favourite players of yesteryear ;-)

Unfortunately his fitness struggles haven’t helped, and no matter how good he is when fit, he all too often hasn’t been fit – though all credit to him for stringing together a few games recently, he should fly past last year’s appearance total at his current rate.

Hence the question (separate to the drinking question). It would be nice if he could become the week in, week out mainstay we sorely need (and have needed since the mid-noughties evidently), but history would suggest it doesn’t look too likely. Good luck to him (and us) though. We can always dream.

I would settle for King and Gallas doing a job share this season, as our other CB all seem to need an experienced CB to organise them and the rest of the defence.
Whether they can share 40 odd games between them remains to be seen.
Would love to see King and Gallas playing together but suspect I would get long odds on that happening from the bookies.

I know what you’re saying MS, when you think of him without dodgy knees it’s quite gutting thinking of what could have been. It really does amaze me though how the man can not train all week and then compete at top level and still do the bizzo.

  • TMWNN says:

    BIOYSC?

  • rich g says:

MS are you aware the king has chronic knee problems? if so why are you such a c*nt?

    • MysteriousStranger says:

Of course I’m aware you fucktard. As acutely aware as I am of your chronic issue with me. Come on son, is calling me a c*nt all you’re capable of doing, or can you contribute to a football related discussion as well?

  • onedavemackay says:

    Ledley.

Would your dear mother Billie-Jean rather you’d have taken up tennis ?
