Good evening.

Welcome to the now legendary 10 o’clocker. What are you doing here? I tell you what old girl – you’re basking. This is the boy’s daily dose. You can now see why I opted for the title I did, can’t you?

But, soft! what light through yonder window breaks?

Three pieces. Or shafts as they are known in the light business. What???

The journalist was prolific in last summer’s window. And not always in a good way. The impression of charitable folk was that he was a pretty junior Johnny on a red top and one that had not spent to000o much time evaluating the scraps that drunken superiors tossed him. Less charitable folk were – well, less charitable.

Well he’s back. In fairness I can only only applaud this move. Why? Because God loves a trier and I’ve always been curiously drawn to nutters.

Not specific transfer news but told this morning that Harry has set his own transfer window date. He has told Daniel Levy he wants all of Tottenhams dealings to be completed by the 10/11 of January.

Harry has even told Levy that even if a “gift” becomes available he would prefer to go with what he’s got.

The second and third are rubbish. POTL reveals that Andros Townsend is off to Leeds on a loan. Will this happen? He says it will and we all appreciate his input, but… this has been all over the Internet shop. ITKs by definition need to stick to unique information. Harsh? Well, that’s this business we call show…

And some bloke on Spurs Community called ackie says…

Here’s my itk – Samba de janeiro
Go figure…

Ackie, you’re an attention seeking child that urgently needs suffocating in a grotesquely demeaning manner. How clever is your fiendishly fiendish riddle? Errr not very …as no one with IQ points is actuallyjoining in. On behalf of adults everywhere ackie, see if you can work out our own conundrum right back atchya…

This was posted on the previous stream before I realised that this one had opened. So, with your indulgence HH, I’m relaunching it with A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL.

I was called away just before our goal was scored, and did not see the second half (on Fox). Which makes me more of a bystander than a spectator. Still, here is my take on the game and the PL.

    (1) If Manure can lose at home to the once bottom club, and Cheatski go down at home as well, our drawing away to a good club with a superior home record is no disgrace. (2) To crucify Friedel for his error, one of a number made by his team mates, is unfair. Swansea deserved that goal. They played consistently well, consistently to a high standard. (3) It’s a good thing that the Manures and Cheatskis and other so called “top clubs” can be beaten or held to a draw, because it’s a sign that the quality of play in the PL is improving at clubs all the way down the table, i.e. we are moving away from a La Liga template of just a few clubs consistently dominating to a more open, a more interesting set up with more and more clubs challenging.

Wouldn’t that be something, to have a dozen or so teams in the thick of the fight in March. Wouldn’t it strike a chord to have the Tsars and the Sheikhs, the Yanks and the Indians, and our own Brit. owners, competing on the same level.
I’m getting carried away. Someone used this word a while ago, so I’ll use it again. It is chimerical, perhaps, to imagine such a development. Yet I welcome it.

      Melcyid:

I replied to your kind greetings on the previous place where you placed them. I’m still an amateur at this internet racket. Never occurs to me that one thread of chat will be snipped off so that another may be unreeled. Confusing for (geriatric) folk like me who saw Tommy Lawton do the things that would have made the score at least 4-0 today.

      And so it goes…

always good to see your opinions on todays shenanigans in spurs footy weighed up with what youve seen and experienced. balance helps with dealing with the shallow exploits weve had to endure over the years but always had a few great exceptions in the teams along the way to keep our spurs palates sort of spasmodically satisfied. But I think I sense a deep underlying anticipation with your posts that this just might be the real thing.keep the faith, coys :winke:

ITK – Llorente & Hamsik being touted around PL but looking for £100k + pw so unlikely we’ll get involved in the bidding. Commoli is a huge fan of Hamsik & defo interested, scousers taken a couple of 17 yr Slovaks on trial represented by same people as Hamsik.
Fuck all to do with Spurs but hey!
