Hello ladies.
The sheer delight of sitting third in the table and watching the Bar Codes doing such good things against Manchester United (on a school night) really is something to savor. Triific, even.
So Archibald believes that Rodwell’s well and truly on the radar. Enquiries made. A buy with a view to a loan deal. Arry’s up there of course. His relationship with Moyes is a decent one from what one can gather. I was at Bolton vs Manchester City earlier in the season and the Toffees supremo was sat close to Arry and Joe.
Has this one got legs? Eeesch. I’m unconvinced by Rodwell. Nothing personal to the chap but while people are hurling about Lollypop Land figures like £20M about then I need someone to show me where the value is.
Just hope we have an improvement on the injury front. We all talk about how we are now winning games that we would have lost since approx 1956, well no better time now to prove us all right!! Test of the season thus far – CAN WE BE JOINT WITH MAN U over half way through the season!!!! Never thought I’d say that!! Love it!! COYS.
Sorry 1961 (1956 dads birth year) – Doh!
Or even, he may just be watching Everton because we have them next in the league????
I think you may be correct, I hope you are anyway….out of both Bolton or Everton there isn’t one player that I could see improving our current squad…..but then again, we all know Arry loves a bargain whether we need it or not..
Maybe Baines?
Ooh I hope not.
He had the chief scout with him……..he wouldn’t be required unless looking at a specific player.
Trust me i live 12 miles from Everton and the weather was really bad so bad for the first time in twenty years since i have lived near our park one of the big trees lining the Park fence snapped and landed in the road. So Harry would not be watching Everton he would have sent Joe or Bondy. The rumours are Pav and Pienaar on loan for Cahill Rodwel
Glorious. Deep Purple: the colour of Fergie’s face!
Got to keep our winning ways, brothers.
I’m so glad you said ‘face’.
Don’t need another midfielder, who would you drop for him? CB and a striker please.
Seconded, but due to some Gypsy’s curse, we really need a bus load of CB’s.
Well, at the moment the club’s fit holding midfielders are, er, Jake Livermore. So that’s where I’d play him.
But Arry has spoken: no business this window. It’s fun to speculate though.
Since when has what Harry has said about transfers etc bared any resembalance to the truth?
Levy is building a team for the future, cue Falque, Coulably (or something like that), and now Rodwell. These players could possibly be part of our first team 2-4 years time
Rodwell came on as sub and was subbed
He was talking too levey while Harry kept the hacks guessing
