End Of The Season Survey

|
Image for End Of The Season Survey

Good morning.

The Midget Gem is in the papers again amid allegations of unauthorised swordsmanship in a Newcastle hotel with some model called Laura Brown. I bet the irony of Alexadra Burke’s recent pop lament, ‘Elephant In The Room’ was missed by all concerned.

And Kyle Walker says that the England snub has put a spring in everyone’s step. My guess is that prior to the Fulham game our chairman will be offering to freely insert a high powered rocket or two  somewhere a little more intimate.

Here’s the survey HERE And I’ll run the results towards the end of the day.

Kaboul was the player of the season without too much doubt, me thinks! The most improved is a toughie !! BAE has had his best season ever, Jake Livermore has come up hugely in my reckoning as I couldnt see the point of keeping him at the beginning of the season. Caulker has been brilliant for swansea.

John Terry has just tweeted that he is sad to be missing the ECL Final.

It just won’t be the same watching it on Christine Bleakely’s TV.

would have liked a more balanced set of questions/choices, but hey whats up doc.

I think we have had a pretty good season regardless of the what if’s and maybe’s. This time we have been pitching for 3rd , may not get it, but last time it was 4th.

Harry is fine by me – he has had a tough season, court case, heart probs, FA distractions. Levy determines the transfer possibilities Harry does a good job of identifying key components of the team and trying to find them.

    Brad has been consistent
    Kyle has been developing well
    Bennie makes me LOL
    Kaboom has been great
    Billy has been good
    Daws has been unlucky
Ledley has looked past his best
Bale has been great but tries too hard
Luka has been magical at times
PNB has been outstanding and needs a rest
Sandro has grown bigger and bigger
Lennon has looked better than for a while
Rafa has been looking fitter and faster
Manu has done all you could ask
Defoe has scored when you need it
    Krankie filled in well
    Livermore surprised me favourably

All that to look forward to and Bassong, Bentley, Peanut and ***** returning. What more could you want?

Dembele says: “Fulham will be going all out to beat tottenham on final day”

I’m absolutely delighted by this: we play far better against teams who come to the Lane, looking to attack and get 3 points, rather than those who sit back and play for 1…

Bring it on, I say, & may the best team win… COYS!!!

hudds a great player, two footed passing and shooting, very under rated, look at our run to 4th two years ago and see who was putting in 9/10 performances

    • TMWNN says:

      I agree, well overrated.

Notice how it takes us 20 passes this season to get up the pitch? When Thudd is back there we are attacking the goal in 1-2 passes. This is the why we averaged 1.2 goals more per match last season when Thudd was in the lineup. And, we allowed 0.2 goals per game less.

He is the most underrated CM in the league. If rumours are true and Thudd goes to Liverpool, he will have them fighting for the title next season. If he is going to get sold, I really hope it is to another league or a bottom feeder.
