Here is what I have and I’ll leave you good and wise people to pick the bones out of it. I took a speculative punt (is there any other) on some information from a chap on Facebook recently that came via our man in the field …Seattle Spurs Guy.
Since then the boy hotspurs magic it is alleged by the owner that that his pages membership was boosted by some 500%. Well, I liked not only what I read but the distinctly decent way in which the information was presented. No ‘look at me’, no riddles just what the man had.
Since then this chap has been in touch privately and I have to say it appears even more kosher.
- Arry was fired by Levy & Co but it was ENIC that pulled the trigger
- Levy & Co were sick to back teeth with Arry and any hesitation was dispelled by a rare but considerable influence from above.
- Modric’s departure is subject to all the usual bumflufferies 100% to Real Madrid. Levy & Co’s ‘straight bat’ to the Blue Russians worked a treat.
I like AVB. We should snap him up. Love the way he combs his hair.

That is so near to the truth, it’s frighting.
Cant see how losing our BEST PLAYER one Luka Modric is good all round, sorry am i missing some thing. Is it that you think the new manager will get the £30 + million to spend on players, cos if so my little pedigree chums you are in for a Big Big shock. Levy does not spend large sums of money anymore, Total spend in two seasons £14 million, we pulled in £20 million for Crouch and Palacios. Levy thinks he has it sorted !!!!!
I think that might have something to do with the 70m odd that Redknapp spaffed in his first window. I expect Levy to open the purse for the new manager, whoever he is.
My concern is we’ve signed quite a few players on long term deals and therefore I’d assume on far better terms. We’ve lost Ade’s wedge and Ledders, but we’ve now got Jenas, Bentley and a few others back on the payroll-so I’m thinking that a repeat of last season’s fire sale will be neccessary to balance the books-just a thought
Only two weeks to go – then Danny is taking the crew for pre-season training. How do you reckon it will go?
I think its going to be some variation on the Eddie Izzard regime. There won’t be enough time before the season starts to do the full 48 marathons in 48 days.
So say about 25 marathons with a Triathlon every Monday just for variety.
