The 17-year-old has caught the attention of numerous top clubs after impressing for Mexico at the World Cup this summer.
United scouts watched Mora closely during Mexico’s 3-0 victory over Czechia, with the youngster putting in a standout display in that fixture.
The Red Devils face significant competition for his signature, with Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool all keen on the player.
Clubs from across Europe are also monitoring the situation, including Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid.
Real Madrid are currently regarded as his most likely destination should he depart Club Tijuana, where he has been featuring regularly for the first team.
