-Given the result and given that for example, Scott Parker played with shoulder ligament damage after he asked his manager to play, do you think in hindsight you made the right choice in not playing Fabregas when he and his fitness coach thought him sufficiently fit?
-If, given the level of expectation at Arsenal (and as I am sure you would accept six years is too long for a top four club to not win anything) you do not win a trophy again this year, will you be resigning?

-Given your reputed ‘genius’ in the transfer market, do you think the nature of Birmingham’s winner and the way in which Arshavin, Nasri, Song and Sagna didn’t show any grit, indicate that you are simply a mediocre manager?
