Stadium Of Slight

Greetings.

One factor that may separate these two is Asamoha Gyan. ‘Oh really H, this is there danger-man is it?’ Well, he does have a certain something that Spurs are sorely lacking.

He’s a striker with 8 goals to his name.

This isn’t a thinly disguised attack on Crouchino but it might be a good time for Defoe to offer more and Super Romancrazypavinchenko to bury a couple.

Steve Bruce is still on grieving after Barren Dent dumped him. Arry will undoubtedly be naming two teams of eleven players. One that can play and another that’s part of a gout pandemic at The Lane.

Some ropey betting advice,  but first I just want to pass on that I read this morning Teemu Tainio is doing a preseason with Red Bulls. I want to wish him well. After some probably quite miserable stints in the Premiership after Spurs, it warms the heart to think of him jogging about in the sunshine being treated with some respect again. Good luck mate.

And so to losing a few nicker. Bet365 seem to have the standout deal with them matching any deposit up to £200. So you lose your stake and the Bet365 fairy gives it back to you.

Spurs win 2-1 Defoe Anytime Scorer@18/1.

Double Chance Tottenham or the Draw@4/9.

Spurs win 2-1 Gyan Anytime Scorer@25/1.

    I am sick and tired of our strikers. It is embarrassing watching these 3 do nothing for 90 minutes. I think Harry should pack them up for 2 weeks to some foreign place to clear their minds while we try to maintain our 4th spot.

    After todays game, my team for the rest of the season is:

    ============= Gomes ==================

    Gallas ==== Woodgate ===== King ====== BAE

    Lennon === Sandro === Modric ==== Bale

    ============= Krancjar ======================

    ========================= VDV ===============

    I don’t really care for Pienaar. He can fill in if theres any injuries. As for our strikers, we won’t need them with this line up. Theres goals all over the pitch with this 11.

      Perhaps a trip to Italy will do the trick, although it won’t be for a couple of weeks? :finn:

      Think Corluka deserves his place in that 11. Just went about his job quietly yesterday and overlapped on numerous occasions just like Hutton does, but also performed well at the back. He was also involved in the build up to the Krankie winner passing the ball to Sandro who crossed it into the box for the Krank.

      Great vocal support which the Mackems tried to drown out with their whistling – failed.

    Thought Kranky was good when we had the ball but is a bit lazy defensively, letting people run past him while he jogs slowly back. Sandro started poorly but grew into the game. A very good performance from him, coming from a much slower, poorer quality league he needs a good while to get used to life over here. As such I was writing him off this season, thinking he’d start to improve next year gradually. Playing this well already makes me think we could have a special player on our hands.
    Very impressed with three wins against physical teams, two away, games we’d have lost in prior seasons.

    Great win today. Win our game in hand at Blackpool and at worst we’ll be joint 3rd :)

    Modders is the one player we could really do with being fit on Tuesday. Luckily Milan have their own selection worries. I’ve heard that Pirlo, Gattuso, Nesta & Inzaghi are out and Emanuelson, Cassano and Van Bommel are all cup tied so I think there is a very good chance of us getting something if we can keep Ibra, Pato & Robinho quiet.
