you talk about buying a striker in the January window as if its as easy as popping out to buy a pack of fags….it aint. The only people who did serious business in Jan were Chelsea, Liverpool and City and between them they spuffed £145m on four strikers who scored 8 goals between them in half a season.

Adam is not quality unless you want to be a mid table club at best. He can take a corner. Thats it. He is bottom half prem player at best

Personally I’d rather not have Charlie Adam, he gives the ball away to often 20 yards from his own goal but I can understand the reasoning.
