Good evening.

Sensationalist headline, so this needs to be good Aitch! Rest assured that it genuinely is. This is from a source so reliable and true I rarely blog much from the old girl as it might compromise matters for her. Whilst this is tasty, it’s a good few people removed. So we’re all good.

Mark Hughes has not only been lined up, but Mark Hughes is on standby

Should ‘circumstances beyond anyone’s control’ (see what I did there? and big hello to the Metropolitan Police Force) arise, then there has to be a Plan ‘B’.

Well Mark Hughes is ours.

I have it on good H.P. David Pleat will stand in if Harry gets sent down. He has also told this H.P. he will bring back the Crimbo party he will take the lads to Holland’s red light district for there bash.

Do you mean, if he gets the England job, or goes to prison? If Arry goes down (not on Sandra), then I don’t think we should sack him; after all tax evasion isn’t the most heinous crime in the world.

    • if harry goes to prison david pleat has agreed to step in and go down on sandra……. or sandro he doesnt mind. Heck he will even give Darren bent a gobble.

If things don’t work out with the legal system, I don’t believe HR will be sacked if convicted. The club can always make the excuse that this was nothing to do with his time with us. The real prob is if he gets a custodial, in which case, I am sure the DL has an undated letter of resignation to save embarrassment all round.

Looking at the Stan James website, I am amazed that you can get 25/1 against HR being the next manager to go, because one way or the other, his fate will be sealed within a month. At the same time, you can get 7/4 from Paddy Power that our ‘Arry will be the next England manager.

Personally, I don’t think he will be offered the England job regardless of what happens in court. I wish I could say the same about him not getting a custodial.
