The 10 O’Clocker: Wolves Schmolves

Guten tag.

Again. It’s the same song playing again on the bedside alarm clock radio. They say we’re young and we don’t know we won’t find out until we grow, well I don’t know if all that’s true…

Groundhog Day in N17 as yet again as we awake with the same trepidations about botching it against a less than brilliant side.  And then that pang of fear subsides a little because …we don’t do botch jobs anymore.

Wolves have only won away once this season in 10 games and that was against Blackburn. They’ve scored 8 times and conceded 19 times. In these 10 games they’ve just one clean sheet. This could be fun.

Prediction? I’m taking 7/1 on a 3 – 0 job from Boylesports

Friedel 6 – Could have come for the corner
Walker 8 – Solid at the back, creative going forwards
Kaboul 7 – Brings the ball out well
Dawson 7 – 1st hoof founds it’s target so thought he’d keep trying
    BAE 7 – Solid
Lennon 7 – Reasonable going forward
    Parker 6 – Looked a little rusty
Modric 6 – 1 goal, the other 5 oppourtunties he had he wasted
Bale 5 – Is he still a winger? Seemed to play centrally where he had no space
VDV 6 – Dropping too deep for my liking
Ade 5 – Are you Pav in disguise? Didn’t hold the ball up well, failed to threaten

Done by the ref again, and to cap it all on the feed I was watching I had to listen to that total cnut Tony Gale giving us his wisdom, what a biased twat.If it ain’t him its Smith or some other fucker who can’t hide their glee if things go against us.Bollocks

Would say Walker was disappointing today, gave the ball away a number of times and wasted good opportunities.

    Modric was pretty off-colour.

To be honest, I felt before the game that today might be the best possible time to do a bit of rotation. Our first 11 has looked a little clapped out in some of the recent games. We need them fit for next Sunday, and I certainly think starting the likes of Krancjar and possibly Pienaar, and certainly Defoe, in place of say, Modric, Bale and VDV, we would have players with a point to prove and also still way above the level of Wolves shite.

    Oh well

Need to get a point at the very least against City otherwise the 8\9 point lead we have over the 2 behind us could be down to 3\4.

Dawson needs to get with the program. We don’t do desperate heroic defending these days and we don’t have our centre halfs belting the bastard ball 80 yards up pitch to the opposition fullback
