Fans Trial Their Semi Final Outfits At Maple Leafs Game

Good morning.

Having relentlessly shredded our manager like he was going into a Hannibal Lecter type coleslaw …we have an FA Cup semi final looming.

Your Cheatski has no regard for human life, not even of his own. For this reason men, I want to impress upon you the need for extreme watchfulness. The enemy may come individually, or in strength. He may even appear in the form of Fernando Torres. But however we must stop him.

apologies to Gen. Jack D Ripper

Cheatski will be looking at Spurs and licking their lips at the very thought. And it’s difficult to oppose the optimism. Since di Matteo took over, the natural order at Second Hand Fridge has been restored. Nephew Fwank is going through the gears and the boy Torres is slowly but surely coming out of shell.

To add to the feel good factor, whoever wins this game faces either a hit and miss Everton or a dysfunctional Liverpool. I submit that who wins our game will win the Cup.

So will we lose? King being utterly knackered at a time when Dawson is out is nothing shy of disasterous. This leaves the way clear for Half Nelsen who I know some of you haven’t written off, but I’, genuinely struggling to see the good in. We looked like the Keystone Kops back there at the weekend.

Pathe News Boy ought to be rested and hopefully sitting out the Norwich game will have given Sandro an opportunity to refocus his mind.

In the midfield, it’s fingers crossed. Will Modric sit centrally? Will Bale and Azza get told to play to their strengths or …not?

Up front it’s equally a lottery. Defoe as an impact sub is undoubtedly the way forward. Now I am convinced the Midget Gem would shake his head at the sound of this, but he needs to rethink that response. Let’s be brutally frank. He only scores goals. He invariably contributes bugger all to general game-play. In effect, he’s an assassin. In – kill – out. What would he rather do, ponce about for 90 minutes occasionally *ahem* getting caught offside, or zip on late and score?

Adebayor and Saha played well together once I know they did. I didn’t dream it, …did I? So they need the same class of supply at they got that day – all of the time. And less of this, ‘they don’t track back’ cobblers.

All the assets are there. It’s down to how they are managed on the day. Let me leave you with that chilling thought. And this corker of a picture highlighted by @SerfCity

Didn’t Parker say he was interested in being a manager last week? Think it’s worth trying

I don’t think I’ve ever dreaded going to Wembley so much

The wide pitch will be good for our wingers, its no pitch for old men, hope Kabul&Gallas are ok.The fat waiter next in line if Arry trots.

Toronto Maple Leaf fans are darn near suicidal at the moment…they have tanked since january too..they are one step ahead of Spurs tho, cos they have already fired the coach. Arry aaahht!!

I ran into certain jamie redknapp on a flight to bridgetown on monday night, had a bit of banter with him and the lovely louise,

I joked that we’d be third in the league and at the cup final by the time we get home, judging by his response if his old man has the same belief in our squad our season’s over already.

We need to pull a serious finger out the arse and get back the playing style from before xmas, we could also do with the hudd back

Appreciate you sharing, ‘ouch’. You’d need to be a brave man right now to say we’ll turn it around it the league, make a final, let alone win it.

I was a bit puzzled why he was jetting off for a holiday when the most important week or so in football was happening, then I realised most of the sky pundits have a week off due to the semi’s

this england gig shite is one of the reasons for the downturn in form, our actions or lack of action in the january window were a joke, the fact is the players believe he’s going, so no matter what he says or does he’s gone next season anyhow. Does anyone ever take a lot of notice of a boss on the verge of leaving?

we badly needed cover for lennon and failure to get that has backfired big time

Agree about Hudd… we have missed him… with PNB, Sandro & Jake he might find game time not easy to come by.. i’ve got this long held theory of him taking over from King at the back.. he’s got all the qualities of a great CB, PLUS the ability to spray long precision balls from the back ( not of the Daws hopeful type )

    • Harry Hotspur says:

That’s an intelligent thought. It would make a lot of sense.

      • jfdit says:

hudd when fit is one of my favourite players to watch of this generation

can’t think of one long range goal we’ve scored for a while?

    • mitchellthomas says:

Sadly for all the undoubted skill Thudd has, he’s far too slow to play as centre half for anything other than the odd game. Now as a libero behind 2 centre hls…..
