Hello.

It’s difficult. It’s very tough. I said to the man who’d been sleeping rough… word in from various places in the Italian press that a sizable bid of some €19m for Leandro Dimebar has been rebuffed.

The suggestion which makes perfect sense is that Internacional are looking for some decent performances in off season friendlies will only stand to increase the players market worth which they believe to be closer to €25m.

So fair do’s for Levy & Co. getting in early, but this tactic is bound to be employed by the bulk of selling clubs this summer and it will be to our team’s credit if they can get any deals done …prior to the usual eleventh hour debacle.

Levy cannot let another window slip by without bringing anyone (useful) in. I know he’s shrewd but a lot of his tactics are just frustrating the club and it’s fans! We do have a reputation for signing some over hyped players that turn out to be shockingly bad admittedly. But if he’s going to go round under cutting everyone, im worried we’ll end up with J.Cole and A.Ferdinand!
Does any other club get this much coverage on its transfer dealings?

Our transfer activities do seem to get more detailed coverage than other clubs,I’m sure most clubs chairmen try to drive as hard a bargain as Levy but most clubs are not seen as a Jewish club and all the stereotypical views that go with that title.

Le Soir saying deal for Vertonghen should be completed over the weekend but Ajax have been listening to the goons…FFS Spurs wrap it up NOW and don’t let the cnuts nip in and grab him!!

Personally ,I hope this transfer goes tits up as then we can put in a bid for Messi……….

  • Liverpool bought Carroll for 35mil
    Chelsea bought Torres for 50mil
Levy bought VDV for 8 mil

So please dont doubt our man……….that VDV was the benchmark. Levy realized that he was spending 15 million or many players that were not worth tuppence….then along came the deal of the century.8 mil for VDV.The frame of reference shrank for Levy. He has nowhere to go now but down.

I see Utd have failed in a bid to land Kagawa – I would really like to see us try and hijack that one to be honest. They bid 13m for him. We should go in with 18m and try and blow them out of the water.

But it will never happen of course.
