if he’s training alone for the reason of keeping him from spreading bad vibes to the other team members then the best thing here for us to do is loan him out elsewere then, no point of him bean here is there.
AVB was quite open about Modric when he said clearly that Modric was training alone in order to increase his fitness and to get his head right, which I guess means until he say’s ‘Boss, can I join in?’, then he’ll remain in the same position.
