Good evening.

Well done,I say. Well done for sabotaging what AVB is all about. Well done for thinking that being on what, £20k, £30k, £40k actually impresses anyone?! Let me my darlings tell you… You no mark schmucks you are loathed. Hated. You wear our bloody shirt and the only time you sweat is when your salary is at threat.

Well done for summoning up the spirit of that preseason in the Republic Of Ireland under Martin Jol. You must recall that one, eh, Tommy? The game against St Pats? The manager of the Radisson that refused you ‘more drink!’ that night as you ran about the hotel younger players thinking you were really cool, the night before the game chasing bottles of wine…?

I’m not happy and I will be ‘having a look.’

Thud has never had the required all round game and it took one goal today to show what happens to teams who’s manager thinks that Dawson is worth a first team chance. I don’t suppose either will last next summers window if they get through the January one. A pair of sloths.

We weren’t professional enough to stop Panathinaikos boring us to sleep and then sucker punching us while we yawned our eyes closed.

To be so obviously more talented man for man than the opposition and to lose a lead through pure unadulterated weak mindedness is truly shameful. If this is how we are early in the season imagine how we’d be in the last third, especially if we were still in one or two cup competitions.

Is mental professionalism too much to expect?

    Sort it out.

Those overpaid, lazy gits should have donated a bottle of Ouzo to each of the poor fans that flew out there to watch that.

As much as the performance annoyed me, I give a damn about tonight if we beat Villa on the weekend. The poor sods spending hundreds to watch the game are the ones that will still care in the morning.

The stadium was half empty. The atmosphere was staler than a loaf of bread in the local Greek bakery which closed down due to economic collapse. No wonder 2nd half was flatter than Gary mabbutts nose!!
