Bale needs to take the game by the scruff of the neck, not simply make cameo appearances. Azza Blud also needs to achieve today and not simply take part. We need not only a win, but a performance to be proud of. West Ham are where they are in the table for a reason, but they are eminently beatable.
I predict a 2-1 win. But if we embrace the idea of outplaying this mob, rather than combating them then we could do some real damage. Defoe has a clear run of 3 league games and the away section will be on his back. What better way to make them the silent ones, to make them the grumblers in the ground early than to repeatedly blast the thing past Jaaskelainen?

Have a terrible feeling were gonna lose today they may be above us in the table for a reason but for my money they have just been promoted and we have better players so at home we should win comfortably. Don’t win and Levy has to start thinking about the managers job and his own. His obsession with last minute transfer dealings has cost us every man and his dog knows what Levys up to and it hasn’t worked since VDV.
Also the FA played Levy like a fiddle over the England job, just when Levy thought he was gonna get rid of Harry and get paid for it Bernstein played the smoke and mirrors game making Levy and the media look like fools. Lets hope we spank the hammers with style “the Tottenham way” and have AVB prove to us were not like like West Ham or the Gooners when it comes to putting winning before style, wheres your famous academy now boring boring West Ham?

Great picture,brought a smile to my face,hopefully a bigger smile will be there at five fifty pm.I too would love the privileged few who can get to the game to realize that they have a part to play and to be the twelfth man,(or woman in these pc times)an over used term maybe,but if I was at work and every time a nail bent when I was banging it in a crowd abused me,I would sling my hammer at the fuckers.
I won’t predict a score but as always I’m optimistic and it would be nice to watch MOTD 2 for once.
