The idea of beckham is alright, but as someone mentioned above it be a distraction from what we’re building at spurs. He is all galaxy right now and we need down to earth.
I’ve not seen him do a lot lot and his presence in the england camp during the world cup was a joke. I’m not really sure what he actually did there but the cameras focused on him more capello. Fair enough he’s probably better looking.
He’s little punches in the air of encouragement to the team made my stomach turn. I’m not sure he felt quite comfortable there in the first place.
