Even if this Chelsea rumour is untrue, Levy may have to sack HR if he is found guilty this Summer.
If HR is found not guilty, he will accept the England job next Summer if it is offered to him.
Likelihood is, HR will be gone in 12 months time, so cannot see Levy allowing him to splash the cash.
This could leave us in limbo.
