Bonsoir.

What a day for a day dream. Not only do we do the Bindippers in there own back yard [and might I add pretty comprehensively] but West Ham are relegated. Officially no longer amongst us. Get in. Merson thinks Fibreglass is off and Aunty Wenger’s days are numbered. Ho hum.

Our lot did well today. Very well. Ratings in the am. Here’s our goals, tuck in.

God save our blessed Ledley. I don’t care if his health is unreliable and he’s a financial liability. Players like that don’t come around often enough for us to sniff at the chance to watch them.

I know there are plenty of pragmatists out there who disagree. I respect that opinion, and I share it from time to time. But goddamn it, I am a sentimental fool of a fan first and foremost, and I will gladly watch Ledley take the field for as long as he’s able to keep willing himself out there. He makes defending beautiful.

  • Big Fish says:

Harry In!! Did Ledley in the starting line up have anything to do with anything not at all? It’s all so annoying, isn’t it wasn’t?

  • baker says:

Grant sacked in a backroom at Wigan. Classy owners, West Ham. Relegation couldnt have happened to a nicer set of cun*s

    • Astromesmo says:

I wonder if Newham have a plan on how to recoup £40m of taxpayers money from £5 tickets in the Championship? Couldn’t happen to a nicer Council either!!!

Much as I would like to join in celebrations, the down side is that Keane will be coming back.

      • jfdit says:

he appears to have been scoring quite well off the pitch if these double injunction rumours are true as has the LSOP

shame they’re not so prolific scoring on the pitch

        • SpurredoninDublin says:

I suspect if these stories were true, they would be in the Irish Media, because the injunctions don’t apply here.

        True Dat

    • jfdit says:

yeah complete wankers those lemons, I’m surprised they didn’t wait till they were on the m6 and ask him to check the brake lights on the coach before leaving him to hitch home

      some mess they’re in now

I have a feeling that LBN may well want to review the legality of the £40 mill they are lending to Wet Sham.

Last time they were relegated, they lost some of the best players in the PL at fire sale prices. This time, they have Scott Parker who is approaching the wrong side of 30 fast.

If they are going to go into administration (I would put nothing past the Smutties), they need to do so before LBN fork out their loan.

I can see the meeting in the council chambers now: “So lets see if I can understand this properly? You lent £40 mill to a limited company that already owed £100 mill which was in turn owned by two of Britain’s richest men. The business has now gone “tits up” owing £140 mill including our money, and the Porn Barons have bought it from the receivers for 10p in the £, and you are now telling us that you didn’t ask for a personal guarantee. What was the name of that High Street Bank you used to work for”?

        • Roland Rat says:

Er £80 million they are lending, not £40 million. When the spam sell their current ground they repay £40 million leaving £40 million outstanding debt. The longer it takes to sell the ground the longer they have to pay interest on £80 million. It is just assumed that the ground will be sold.

        • jfdit says:

their debts are secured on their players & ground so no benefit in them going into administration I believe.

LBN are in effect giving state aid to a private business to the detriment of one of their competitors – against european competition laws no doubt

£40 million for that site is also ambitious IMO, not sure of the acreage but housebuilders/developers won’t pay top dollar for a site in that area – maybe osama’s heirs might want to build a mosque there with his family’s billions

      • astromesmo says:

Classless horrible muppets. I shall enjoy a little trip over there with my Ipswich mates next season to taunt them about their new empty stadium.

        • SpurredoninDublin says:

That’s the thing that has really wound me up about them this season. If they spent as much time on the team as they have sniping at us, they might have escaped the drop.

But as you put it, all that sniping at us, showed a total lack of class.

        • Roland Rat says:

They couldn’t, their wage bill is 90% of income, they had no money to buy anyone decent.

        • SpurredoninDublin says:

          @jfdit:

Glad you picked up on that point about EU law. That’s exactly what I was thinking.

If that is the case, then LBN would also have to offer us a £40 mill loan to be legal. Don’t you just love it? Better still, Orient are in the running for
          a bail out.

  • Mickey says:

Long live the King. It’s just a shame it’s not every week.

  • kojac says:

thanks for the highlihgts, well i had to listen on digi radio so i obviously didn’t see,but it sounded like we were better although its hard because most media are poo fans, but as ever not sure how many chances we actually created

we scored and got a pen at anfield, did the YANKS pay webb not to get ropa dopa,of course beating the brum is no guarantee but i guess most of you and harry are dissapointed as no one wants ropa dopa, surprised we won for the fist time since 1993 at anfield so the radio said

I don’t get the anti VDV crowd either he takes criticism yet is the only one scoring he ain’t even a striker, the guy is class and we need a squad not just a starting 11,anyway the ropa dopa can be used for j***** and the rest plus youngters if we qualify and have any brains,

west ham have gone and grant gone,WHY they ever sacked ZOLAi’ll never understand lets hope harry doesn’t get his horse and cart outside the pikey gates

and blue mancs for 3rd would be sweet,HAHA

    • Roland Rat says:

We controlled the game and were the better side, watched it online, bring on Match of the Day, I wanna watch the spam going down and Goners losing.
