This is not about Harry this is about the ambition of the club..Harry is the manager and can only work with what he has.
If the money men behind Tottenham feel like rolling the dice and spending 100 million that would be the tonic to increase the chances of success.
But they wont they would be throwing good money after bad, it would take a mountain of money to beat Mancity/chelsea and Manu to the title…
If you dont have oil billionaires funding you, your business has to find the money and Spurs NEED that stadium…with increased revenue you could borrow 100 million against it.

Its a big conundrum for everyone..how do they keep the whole thing rolling and have a really good attempt next season.
If I was on the board I would look to buy 1 world class player a big “name” probably a striker and I would bust the wage ceiling “secretly” if needed.
And more or less leave it at that..keeping most of the team together more or less…Although on a personal note I would LOVE Parker to play in our midfield…
