It’s a fucking shambles at Tottenham. What with Levy’s absurd transfer window strategy and Redknapps shit choice for who is playing then we are going backwards. There are so many questions I would like to ask the pair of them. Such as why leave it so fucking late in the transfer window to get anyone in…it makes no sense. Why haven’t we signed Daimaio yet…what are we waiting for? Why did we play Modric and Kranjcar together in midfield? Why do we keep going after all the players Redknapp has worked with before? The list goes on and on. For fuck sake Levy get your wallet out and your finger out of your arse.
See above. We have spent 95 million since Redknapp took over. Of all the players who we bought, we have since sold Keane and Chimbonda. For a combined total of 5 million.
Obviously it would be better to sign players sooner, but I think with regards to Adebayor, City still saw us as something of a threat (a threat which has since dissipated, which may work somewhat in our favour going forward, I suppose). The rumour was Damaio wasn’t available til January, so that’s that one.
The biggest issue for me is the lack of a strategic set of targets – none of the players linked really fit into the same mould. As for why get players Redknapp has signed before? That’s Redknapp! Gamble on cheap foreigners or stick to what you know….

I’m not suprised we lost Man City are world beaters better than Barcalona, and lets face it Modric’s head is else where and it don’t look as if any quality players coming in because we don’t pay the wages, we will be lucky to finish in the top 6 this season if were lucky.
