Tasty J**** Replacement Scouted

Wotcha.

Interesting piece of loose gossip from (overseas reader) Mrs Eileen Dover who I understand is the revered author of  ‘Clifftop Tragedy’ to name all of her published titles…

The name in the frame is that of  attacking midfielder, Achille Emana. This guy has been in a bit of a, ‘no mans land’ for some time on the old transfer front.

But we have been scouting according to Eileen and at a glance this looks like – a quality Levy & Co buy – ala Zokora were we could snap him up for what, €6M? – Passing on…

Hi all, I usually hate these You Tube videos, they can make Tramezzani look like Maldini! But can I ask Daniel to release the purse strings just this once and just buy this fella to prove me wrong, maybe add J**** in with the deal too!! I think we could all do with the signing of a flair player….maybe he could play in Modric’s central role (looks like he likes a tackle as well as a pass), and move VDV as one of our free roaming strikers that we all are crying out for?

    Great site btw HH.

    COYS!

if this guy’s half as good in real life as he is on youtube, sign em up.

rarely ever the case though. else some of those top top clubs that ‘arry knows will finish ahead of us would be in for him.

I’ve posted a couple of times about Puffenstuff buying into the valuation rather than towing the line on “no sale”, now low and behold Bond starts up with it! I mean really if this were viewed as the war it is, these two could be up against the wall, drawing the death out of one last fag, before the blindfolds go on. Not quite collaborators but fuck me with friends like this….!

Maybe a bit of Scolari’s Sun Tsu realism is what IS needed after all!

Don’t these clowns know that they can simply shut up and say nothing, or even just the company line “he’s not for sale”? But every time they open their mouths they add fuel to story and undermine Levy…….is this what its about?

The best chance for Cheatski is to have their interest in Modric stay prominent in the public forum; Bond and Redknapp are aiding that effort. The best way to keep Modric unsettled is to talk up lack of ambition, 200 grand more available down the road and the club/Levy’s inability or unwillingness to pay the wages to get the players they (Harry and Bondy) clearly want.

I’ve been pretty pleased with Harry, but this is really getting my goat for two reasons, the first being that this path will see Modric go to Cheatski and us consigned to the also rans and the blame painted onto DL. The second reason is that I as a fan (and you guys too) are being treated as dumb c*nts who won’t see through this charade!

Makes you want to strongle them. They definitely are old enough to know better. Expect more of this stupid garbage for the next few weeks.

Personally I draw some comfort from the fact that the person who makes the decisions and holds all the cards, has said categorically that Modric is going nowhere. The other two twerps need gagging orders. If players get disciplined for subversive tweeting, why not managers.

Everybody knows that every player has his price. We are a PLC and the chairman must consider the best interests of the club. But I feel that the sort of money that would make it in Spurs’ interest to sell would exceed Modric’s value to Chelsea or rather for less money they could surely buy as good or better elsewhere.

Still the fact remains that Bond is frankly daft if he doesn’t understand how the hungry press would fall on any crumb relating to Modric and write it up as a coded message of encouragement to Chelski.

I am traditionally of a sunny disposition. But this transfer period is really getting me down. I am actually getting depressed over this whole bloody thing, I just wish that they’d just sort out what we need and now.
When I go to the shops, I know what I want or need to make my life that little bit better. Yes sometimes I might buy something extra as a treat, but I’d always get the essentials I was going for and with the least amount of Fooking about. Mainly because I like to spend my time doing more interesting things than trying to haggle with some Market trader over the cost of a cucumber.
I know that we’ve got excess in deadwood but not getting the players we need now it is going to hamper us in the long run. If we get players in before selling, then other teams know that we haven’t got a stash of cash from selling Modric, and there would deal with more realistic sums of money with us than if we had 30million burning a hole in Levy’s back pocket.

They messed it up in January by not buying are they trying to screw it up again?

I can’t believe I used shopping as an analogy.

Maybe Kevin Bond and Ron Gourlay could spend some time together discussing fish shop menus or the predominance of traffic cones or simply the size of each other’s navels. in fact anything other than the transfer of one of our players who is NOT for sale.

  • melcyid says:

If Emana can do all that for real. then sign him then sell ratboy outside the prem.He can score and make plenty plenty chances for our toptop strikers to squander.
