Secondly, it’s difficult to see how a 30yr old can be worth GBP6m, but then, we are led to believe, QPR have offered more.
On this one I find myself siding with Mysterious Stranger et al.

Those of you worrying how Parker might fit in with Sandro, Thudd and Modders need to remember just how often those three have all been fit. Most sides first choice 11 often include a few players with minor niggles and in an ideal world they’d be rested.
I might throw my CV into the mixer. I’ve been feeling terribly overworked recently. I could do with a rest and I’m a whizz at spending money.
Good point, I look at Parker as our modern day equivalent of Paul Allen. Someone who gives 110% every game and gets stuck in but knows his limitations and so plays to his strengths.
