Ex Cheatski Supremo ‘Sounded Out’

Good afternoon.

Carlo Ancelotti left the hot seat at Second Hand Fridge on the 22nd of May to join The Special One and Scolari who waited nine months and a year respectively before re immersing themselves in football.

I have been told that Carlo has been sounded out quite recently by a senior shadowy figure in our ‘Sounding Out Department.’

This ought to happen.  But then their isn’t a successful business model in the world based on the word ‘ought’. Just see ‘journalists ought to get paid for writing copy’ and The Times’ paw wall for details.

For all the good that has Arry has done, it is not the work of a media conspiracy that the bulk of fans want him to shut up and focus on managing

For those of you joining us late, I have repeatedly said that I believe Redschnapps is a great crisis manager on that basis he’ll excel for the FA as the  England team has been in a permanent state of crisis since they won the World Cup.

If ‘Arry would shut up and do his job then fine. If he stopped playing favourites, great. If he had a backup plan on the pitch, brilliant. If long term he wanted to be Spurs manager, no problem. However, he can’t, he won’t, he never will and he doesn’t.

If Aunty Lottie wants to lead us to the Promised Land then why shouldn’t Levy have a backup plan? He knows Ancelotti has pedigree, keeps a dressing room happy and more importantly won’t undermine club statements and give interviews every 2 minutes.

Just found this snippet, which has a ring of truth about it(also i hear that the postponed trial for Harry and Milan Manderic should now take place in October).

There are signs, in the window just gone, that Levy is preparing for Redknapp’s exit . He sold Peter Crouch, a notorious favourite of Redknapp and brought Emmanuel Adebayor on a season-long loan. Then there were Cristian Ceballos and Souleymane Coulibaly, a couple of young prospects brought who are not dependant on the manager. Scott Parker is the only player that bucks the trend.

From the outside it looks as if Levy is stockpiling the cash for a new manager. There is even an argument that he refused to sell Luka Modric to Chelsea partly because he wouldn’t trust Redknapp with the £30-£40 million on offer.

      trust him to do what?

The board and Levy himself have to sanction any purchases.

      Please use your head.

      • Billys boots says:

exactly! the board and Levy did not sanction any deals, and i bet H had a list as long as your arm they probably gave him Parker and that was that! He apparantly dont even know about new contracts etc.. dont sound like a manager has his CEO’s ear does it. if you were levy wouldnt you call in you team manager and say ” this Sandro fellow he is quite good,is he in your long term plans, do you think we should offer him a new contract?”

I’d like to think you are right, but profit retention leads to Corporation Tax Bills.

“I praise Arry when he gets it right and I have a pop when he doesn’t. You want a sacred cow, go to India.”

Problem is HH, him getting it right is like a lucky dip. Perhaps church bazaars are more his thing. 8O

+ sacred cows shit everywhere and they can’t be eaten. :-(

    • duds says:

would not say no to this at all – got Everton to the CL on nothing – would say 2 things though

      1) nothing to prove he would do any better than harry

      2) has no proven in the transfer market because everton dont buy players.
