If HR’s comments about punching above our weight are designed to take pressure off of the players then they are ill advised. The last thing we need is a lowereing of our horizons. I suspect Harry knows this and he is simply starting the excuses early.
Regarding this policy of refusing to give Gio a chance on the right, I can only think that it’s bloody-mindedness at work here and nothing to do with the benefit of the team or player.
