- The 5th placed team in the Premier League will enter the Europa League in the play-off round next season.
- Liverpool will enter the Europa League in the 3rd qualifying round next season.
- The 4th placed team in the Premier League will enter the Champions League in the play-off round next season.
- Chelsea will enter the Champions’ League in the group stage next season.
- The 4th placed team in the Premier League will take Chelsea’s FA Cup European qualifying spot and will enter the Europa League next season.
However it’s not yet clear whether they will take the same spot in UEFA’s Access List and start in the Group Stage or whether this honour will pass to the domestic Cup winner of another country and whether the 4th placed team have to start in the play-off round instead. UEFA will confirm this were this scenario to happen.

I think is says it in this sentence:
