I’m so confused!

Manchester City, Manchester United and the 3rd placed team in the Premier League will enter the Champions League in the group stage* next season.

  • The 5th placed team in the Premier League will enter the Europa League in the play-off round next season.
  •  Liverpool will enter the Europa League in the 3rd qualifying round next season.

  • The 4th placed team in the Premier League will enter the Champions League in the play-off round next season.

  • Chelsea will enter the Champions’ League in the group stage next season.
  • The 4th placed team in the Premier League will take Chelsea’s FA Cup European qualifying spot and will enter the Europa League next season.

However it’s not yet clear whether they will take the same spot in UEFA’s Access List and start in the Group Stage or whether this honour will pass to the domestic Cup winner of another country and whether the 4th placed team have to start in the play-off round instead. UEFA will confirm this were this scenario to happen.

  • The 3rd placed team in the Premier League will enter the Champions League in the group stage* next season.

* It is not yet fully established whether 3rd place will secure a group stage seeding or have to play a qualifying round, should Chelsea win the Champions League.

No doubt 4th will be dressed up as some kind of success by rent-a-gob and easily pleased fans, but to surrender 3rd place from where we were is shit.

“Would’ve taken it at the beginning of the season… blah blah” or “United were also way in front.. blah blah”

    Fuck off Redknapp you cunt.

I think more important than winning the FA cup and consolidating third place in time which was meaning CL participation in the group stages, is the fact that the club has saved 8-15m by not buying in January a couple of proper players who could strengthen the team and almost 3-5m by not firing Harry and replace him by a better tactician able to win a game when, for example, the rival team parks the bus. After all Levy has done properly his job. He gets 1,8m a year to defend the interests of the share holders and not to spend their money in order the club to win trophies and high places in the table leading for sure in the CL!

There should be an inquiry into Martin Fulop’s ridiculous performance today, surely he was bribed, he can’t be that shit, surely.

“fulop fulop fulop fulop fulop fulop fulop fulop fulop fulop”…. That’s the sound of Harry pulling our pants down and letting the Arse empty their insecurities into our gaping 10 point gap.

    • COYG says:

Lol…say what you want, but your lot threw a 13 point lead away. I’d be ashamed and gutted if Arsenal did the same and let your lot finish above us, after such a massive lead.

I’m sorry we are at each other’s throats. I used to enjoy our encounters especially in the 60’s. But I fear we shall both be eating Manc dust for some time to come.

If I’m not mistaken you are a man of books. What are you currently reading, if I may be so bold as to ask?

  • TMWNN says:

    Has he been sacked yet?
