Goodbye & Good Riddance

Good evening.

The word from nigh on 327+ sources this evening is that Arry ‘feel good’ Redschnapps has been vomited out of White Hart Lane.

There was this kid I grew up with; he was younger than me. Sorta looked up to me, you know. We did our first work together, worked our way out of the street. Things were good, we made the most of it. During Prohibition, we ran molasses into Canada… made a fortune, your father, too. As much as anyone, I loved him and trusted him.

Later on he had an idea to build a city out of a desert stop-over for GI’s on the way to the West Coast. That kid’s name was Moe Greene, and the city he invented was Las Vegas. This was a great man, a man of vision and guts. And there isn’t even a plaque, or a signpost or a statue of him in that town! Someone put a bullet through his eye.

No one knows who gave the order. When I heard it, I wasn’t angry; I knew Moe, I knew he was head-strong, talking loud, saying stupid things. So when he turned up dead, I let it go. And I said to myself, this is the business we’ve chosen; I didn’t ask who gave the order, because it had nothing to do with business!

I do so hope that Chelsea have hired him!

Laughing at the thought of Daniel Levy playing the part of Hyman Roth.
And down on my knees praying this is true. I’m soooo over Harry.

Someone with tactical awareness now, …please!

    This is all bollocks…

maybe this is true but then you also stated that a dead arab was buying the club yesterday, if he has gone then lets just see who gets brought in to manage the club and should we sink back into a mid table team and lose our best players then i hope you are happy then!! if you end up correct then i will be man enough to admit you was right. i really think we are gonna pay a big price if harry has gone.

    • Harry Hotspur says:

Please don’t post on here again you child. It was made painfully clear it was FAMILY money in the rumour.

  • Yid Vicious says:

Bye bye Bale and Modric too then.

‘Arry has negative attributes but I still think he was worth giving another season with the extra couple of players we needed to take us to the top.

If true I think it’s a poor decision, there’s not many top managers available at the moment. There’s been atleast two other occasions when the bookies have taken a load of bets on ‘Arry being sacked after rumours were flying around so I wouldn’t be surprised to see ‘Arry still at Spurs next season, unless there’s something we don’t know.

    • LLL says:

It was Harry’s decision. He was offered a 4 year contract, rejected it, spaffed our season up the wall and then went back asking for a 3 year deal. One year rolling contract was on the table, he wanted to ensure a big pay-off when he flunked up next season and got sacked. Levy offers a year with an extension if targets are met, Harry says no, Harry walks. Sorry, there is nobody to blame but Harry himself.

      • Yid Vicious says:

Where did you read that? The only rumours I saw about his new contract was that Levy withdrew the offer of a new contract when Roy took the England job and we’d lost 3rd.

      • Spurstacus says:

Where are you getting these details?

        • LLL says:

Which ones? It was fairly common knowledge that a big and bountiful contract was offered by Levy to try and ward off the FA. Then the season went pear-shaped – that detail is self-evident – and the contract offer rescinded. It’s been written by many people in the press recently that Levy was only willing to offer Redknapp a rolling one year contract. It was even alluded to directly by Redknapp himself when he called out Levy publicly on the day of his Mother’s funeral.

So, as I see it, the rolling offer was as good as it was to get for Redknapp, and that’s that. I don’t know which other details I need to verify?

        • LLL says:

I mean, the one massive detail which is still dangling in the balance is whether he has actually been sacked, or walked, or whatever. But if that isn’t bullshot like a lot of the ITK stuff, that’s the context for it, no?

        • Devonshirespur says:

He’s pulling them out of his arse….I think it’s a form of attention seeking.

Only thing worse than an ITK is a wannabe ITK!
