He’s Actually Retarded

Good evening viewers.

It’s that man again. So what fit of vitriol has the slack jawed imbecile induced now, I hear you ask? Well, I’m going to be relatively brief and I sincerely pray that Levy & Co. adopt a similar strategy when dealing with this two bob schmuck.

I was insistent that Redschnapps perjured himself by telling the Court that the was a fantastic football manager, but it now emerges he’s also guilty of failing to disclose all about his academic limitations. “I write like a two-year-old and I can’t spell,” was  the line you’ll recall.

He ought to have admitted that he doesn’t have an altogether wonderful grasp of understanding, ‘how numbers work’ either.

“I think it’s overrated what people say about Champions League football and whatever”

Let me be the first perhaps to explain to Arry why this is conclusion of a complete  and utter retard and not someone we ought to have anywhere near our football club.

Perhaps there are those reading to understand the complete ins and outs of THFC. I do not profess to be an expert. But, what I do get every year is a rather nice email that’s terribly easy to read from the good and wise people at Deloitte. In fact the most recent arrived I think last Friday.

The beauty of this information is that it is presented in manner …well as if they knew that a twit like me – a financial layperson if you will – would need to be able to understand it.

I will attach some hyperlinks to documents that give you the guts, but in a very broad brush stroke, the difference participation in the Champions League tournament makes to a football club’s books is millions.

In 2008/09 our total revenues were £132.7m.

In 2009/10 our total revenues were £146.3m

In 2010/11 our total revenues were £181m.

Deloitte believe that the most recent UEFA distribution monies were worth £28.1m. But this isn’t the whole story, there is a cumulative thing that tales place here. You sell more regular match-day seats, you shift more merchandise as a result of the feel good factor. People get happy at many different tills as direct result.

You want to debate or perhaps don’t understand any of this, Arry? Well last week, the club’s online shop was outing Champions League mugs at a nicker a piece that were previously retailing a £5.99 each. Financial repercussions made easy. Even for thick chancers like you, Arry.

Here’s the latest Deloitte info graphic, I’d embed it but the blog is too small so I link to it here

In a nutshell, whatever allegations may have been hurled at him, this is staggering quote from his own lips is surely the last nail. We’ve had the ‘they’re punching above their weight’ garbage. Which was greeted by anyone witha shred of self respect with complete contempt.

He didn’t give a flying flip flop about Tottenham or his wretched contract when he thought the Engerlund job was nailed on. And now we get this is embarrassing piffle.

Can you imagine any football chairman in the world reading, “I think it’s overrated what people say about Champions League football and whatever”  without laughing? Nobody in their right mind…

Please, let’s get this pilchard out and make next season one to remember for all the right reasons. Jesus wept.

I cant believe H.H. you are indicating we should get rid of our media friendly Manager. Yes he lost a ten points gap yes he should have dropped Van when his engine was chugging along and he had not scored for months. He also should have brought Defoe on when we was drawing against Villa but in his defence and Europe and the Fa shame he never thought Chelsea would win. So because i knew Chelsea could win. This i the Ufa champs cup. This is why i cant and wont call for Harry’s head because Harry and you lot on hear don’t no and wont except Toure Kenny and Marshall where not the only ones using energy drug. I no you wont believe my reasoning for why we have bought players costing millions and then sold them for less because there energy levels have diminished at our club Bentley Palacios Pienaar too name a few . I will tell you now Liverpool and Villa will find out there managers are not has good has there records show last season and if we get Wigans Manager we will also learn a harsh lesson. Managers have nothing to do with how long much work rate players have during a game its the hidden back-room medical staff and this is why some players energy levels reduce dramatically at another club i no this to be a 100 percent true fact. Harry has one thing you need in the premiership good media friends and our clubs standing has risen because of the way Harry’s and his son Jamie manages the media . We can change the Manager but without a proper drug testing agency and a more transparent FA we will suffer from these results again when points mean survival Villa 1 Spurs 1 Spurs 1 Norwich 2 Qpr 1 Spurs 0

Have we not received worldwide acclaim for our football? Despite having a manager who’s clueless. Finisher 4th twice in three years? Firsts. Harry has broken more records than Cliff Richard ever made. Managing the squad will be harder for any guy in his last year. If you need to make a point or kick some ass it’s difficult if those that need a kick can just sit tight for a few months. Even if the boss has two years, it’s enough. People don’t want to sit in the ressies for two years. 3 months? No worries. It’s the precedent Roman has set at Chelsea. No CL = Out = 1yr. Players ain’t stupid. How many times AVB got told last season; ‘You’ll be out soon anyway ‘cos you won’t win CL’. How many players train of thought was; ‘I shant win the CL for the c*nt anyway, he can fk off and next year see who we get in… I might be back in favour’. Plenty of players not getting picked, that’s how many. Talk about put the manager up against it… Chelsea should be a total power-house. And they shouldn’t need to keep spending £100m every window in order to keep missing out on CL [edit] and finishing 6th, lol. They should be streets ahead of even Man U. Harry, despite his faults, is well worthy of a contract extension. A hot manager, like a hot bird, will flirt, say the wrong thing or make the wrong choice. Sometimes. He’s probably the best thing to happen to Spurs in my lifetime, and I’m 40. He’s breaking records and taking us up and over where we’ve been for a long, long time. Against the toughest opposition. In the toughest times. 20, 30yrs ago the bottom 8 in the league were nowhere near as strong as they are now. Even whem MJ was here. It’s stronger now and is still increasing. Capello. I’d give most things. Just to know what would have happened. A goal from 3rd when we would’ve taken 4th in August? And that after a ‘slight’ capitulation. You’re fucking bonkers. As it says at the top in mah tab; ‘He’s actually retarded Harry Hotspur’

Goodness it’s lively on here today, nicely done Harry.

“People would have still gone to Chelsea if they hadn’t won the Champions League this year because they know it’s a club that’s looking to get into the Champions League positions next year.

“They pay fantastic money. If you pay players enough money and you give them good enough contracts and you show that you’re ambitious, they’ll come to your club.

“Champions League football, because you don’t make it one year – it’s one year. I think that’s an excuse for players who want to leave and get better contracts elsewhere. I don’t see that as a real problem.

“I think if the contract’s right and they earn enough money, Premier League football is big enough.”

For me there’s nothing much to write home about in there. Are we really going to start judging managers ultimately by their verbal skills and whether or not we appreciate the way they look after their own interests? Where does current league position v past league position come into it? I keep seeing capello, AVB and even benitez mentioned as replacements. Yikes!

Each to his own I suppose.

HH – be careful what you write – `when he thought the engurland job was nailed on` – please desist from using that phrase, maybe `glued on ` is more appropriate as Redkrapp doesn`t do tacks. Wouldn`t want to see you sued.
I can`t stand HR, never have, never trusted him since he fcuked pompey over twice. Would`ve done the same to us this winter given the chance.
Bored with typing the reasons I dislike him, but whatever camp you1re in surely everyone can see that to offer a new contract would be pointless.
Following a very average season results wise, it`s clear that Redkrapp is old with a dodgy ticker. His only motivation is his – sorry his dog`s – pension fund. And what if he falls ill again? Bond proved beyond doubt that he is not fit to take over, even short term. Whoever the manager is next season, the chances of us finishing top 4 are slender to say the least. Levy may as well move now for a younger manager on a long term basis who has the correct appetite for the challenge and is capable of being passionate about the club.
The alternative is for THFC to continue flapping about like a wet cod out of water.
