Good morning.

Reports emerging from the City of London right now that Andres Villas Boas is indeed the manager/coach/most recent ginger person to have been employed at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

He’s in for an interesting time. Arry’s mates in the press will be campaigning in earnest. Brace yourselves for leaked exclusives that Andre’s favourite sandwich is Newborn Baby, Lettuce and Tomato; that the genetic experiment in The Boys From Brazil was in fact real and that Andre was the sole survivor. Stuff like that.

Good luck and welcome aboard.

Only an intelligent and great tactician manager with a winner’s character and able to cope well with the players and motivate them can help significantly the club he works for. No matter what’s his name, his age and where he comes from. Those are the three most important traits a football manager should have.
All other skills and traits are less significant. What’s the benefit if you have a manager who works with young players but loses most games? A proper manager should use the most in form players and in positions where they can be more effective.

Well if its true i will give the guy a fair crack.
I wanted the meda machine Hr who was going to leave us f he got the engand job.
The fact that he did nt suceed at chelski with there chavs does not bother me.
Take. Look at the sky sports news clips was it avb that slipped to let in the gooner rvp to score no it was terry
When villa broke away to score was it avb that passed sideways for vila to score no it was big fat frank.
Mst of the time the sides he put out you would have expected the side to win they did not
I think he will think ths is a dream cme true for him a quality side that play good football,a loyal excellent set of fans,a chairman that i think will back him,a new stadium coming.
I have supportrd the spurs all my life even when graham came in and will always will lets get behind the guy if he is crap lets get him out.
I support the spurs for the football they play and would not have wanted to win the cl the way the chavs did, think f all our trophy wins with the exception of the qpr final they were great matches

    Coys

Hmm, I can’t remember the last time I saw a manager actually lose the game on the pitch, because only rarely are they actually involved on it. No chance of that with AVB as he’s never played football anyway. Rest assured it was his bad handling that saw him flop at Chelsea. All this mitigation crap is just that. All I can do is hope he has learnt A LOT from his time there.
