Having been a long term lurker of all Spurs blogs I have to say Harry Hotspur I have recently come across your blog , read through a significant amount of past articles and quite honestly, I don’t think you benefit the club at all. Your posts are largely negative, unoriginal and usually recycled material found elsewhere, not to mention usually utter crap.
To me you are the epitome of Jenas when we needed him. Yes, the majority of us who wait for the league to start you are a source of entertainment in the same way Jenas used to inspire us with his backward passing. But sadly the advent of blogging has led to half wits who cant post general non-events but still manage to find an audience . The rest of the world has moved on, Spurs have replaced Jenas ( some what) with the players the calibre of Modric, Sandro and Parker.
Harry Hotspur, please give it up. Let the club we love live on without your un-insightful crap that usually caters to the lowest common denominator, you only need to look at the majority of your comments to get a sense of who your readers are. Yes I know I know this is a comment, what of it, please respond to the larger concerns.
I’m not being a negative nancy. Just a genuine supporter of this club who thinks you do more bad then good for this club with your shit excuse at articles. You don’t have a guy in the club at all, honestly if you did, i’d expect a hell of a lot more from your writing.
King battled on and only hung up his boots when he couldn’t fight no more. Unfortunately Harry Hostpur you are the Redknapp of writing, maybe a triffic bloke but one who has no appreciation of the written language and lacking complete sense of reality.
For the good of the club, i hope you give this up. Scrap Jenas, you are the tea party of tottenham hotspurs, Atouba, Ricketts, you publish nothing worth reading.
If you support this club, wish for it to grow, I suggest you give up your hobby of writing. You are the embodiment of the concept of an ‘ Amateur Journalist’. Definitely un educated, boring, and lacking all things I admire in a fellow Yid.
I know you will do the right thing if you love this club…

Everything you say you aren’t, you are. And as you elevate yourself to being someone who has an appreciation of the written language, I’m sure you’ll appreciate there are two p’s in disappointed, and it’s “Hotspur”, not Hostpur. “I” is written with a capital letter. Tottenham Hotspur. Capital letters. And so on. If you’re going to be a pedant, then take some of your own medicine first and become an authority on the written language yourself. People in glass houses and all that.
Finally, if you really do lurk around other Spurs blogs, it baffles how you’ve concluded this place to be so unworthy in the grand scheme of things.
I think he chose his pen name rather well and it is to his credit that he should wear it so publicly, particularly since his wife thought it was only her special bedroom name.

Uggggh, that 3rd kit is a monstrosity. Either yellow with navy trimming or the light blue strips of the past would have been fine IMHO. I love the away strip, looks just like the 1961 retro top I bought from the Spurs online shop!!

Seems to be a lot of people on here saying how much they hate it but feels like bandwagon jumping to me….
I seem to remember the same outcry at the brown kit which sold out in no time at all!
