The dilemma with Modric appears to be this.
Modric wants to leave for a bigger club where he will win things and he gets to play in the CL.he will of course get loads more dosh.
Luka Modric is worth 35 to 40 mil of anyones money.
He doesnt score many goals but think of the assists he would have in a team of intelligent and PHYSICALLY FIT forwards.
There are a few clubs which can afford Modric
2 in the EPL one in France 2 in Spain, though one doesn’t need him, one in Italy and 1 or 2 in Germany.
Modric should be willing to go to the club that matches his valuation.
What Madrid are relying on is levy’s reluctance to sell Modric to another EPL club.
Personally I think the sooner we open rhe door to EPL clubs the better, it may well move the Modric market and bring in other European bidders than Madrid.
Luka Modric will not be playing in any reserve team THFC may or may not have.
I want to see him sold, naval gazing about his contract is worthless.
