A Bullet Needs To Be Bitten

Good evening.

I have of late, but wherefore I know not, lost all my mirth. And indeed it goes so heavily with my disposition that this goodly frame, the earth, seems to me a sterile promontory.

This most excellent canopy, the air, look you, this brave o’erhanging firmament, this majestical roof fretted with golden fire, why, it appeareth nothing to me but a foul and pestilent congregation of vapours. What a piece of work is a man! How noble in reason!

How infinite in faculties! How like an angel in apprehension. How like a god! The beauty of the world! The paragon of animals! And yet, to me, what is this quintessence of dust?

Man delights not me, no, nor women neither.

Nor women neither.

I know it was dismal. But what has happened to ‘us’ and ‘them’ I ask only as increasingly I am finding it nearly impossible to tell the two apart. It’s been like that for some time but the odd pieces of individual brilliance and what have you appear to have only served to keep the wolf from the door.

The burden of expectation in now greater than it ever ever was. Seat prices match this. But how does this remotely justify our home fans at The Lane being so awful?

Hotspurs Half Hour – Show 3 by hotspurshalfhour

I wasn’t happy with today. Of course I wasn’t and who would be?  But I’m truly saddened by the ‘Pot Noodle’ culture that seems to want to pollute reason. Online rubbish about ‘…back to Ramos’ , ‘…AVB is a [insert uninformed bile here]’ I can cope with. But at The Lane Tottenham Hotspur fans need to bit the bullet.  Forget the pseudo pinko communist clap trap of being ‘outraged consumers’ , are you with us or against us?

I’ll run an analysis on the actual game in the morning, but I tell you this, Jesus wept –  I’m more saddened by the performances off of the pitch today.

The two of them have ripped a top 4 side to shreds – have they not ?

Everyone needs to calm the F down…
We have pretty much built a new squad over night.
It’s gonna take time and patience this season.
we always cock the first two of the season up anyway.

We have an international break to get our new boys fit and ready and to get them to gel a bit more.

Am i the only one that can see that the players we bought are gonna rock this league. in our potential midfield and srtike force we dont have a player shorter than 185cm and they’re all buff as hell and physical beasts (gylfi exluded)… give it a bit oaks

Seriously calm the f down and Support your team

Rock the league? prop it fucking up maybe

if your gonna rebuild a side why didnt we do our businesss earlier,i hate the way the levy lovers cannot see how it is he who has f-cked up over and over again, selling our bst players not replacing them ,inserting managers that he sacks,as if its all down to them and he is totally blameless .i hope avb works for his and our sake, but the harry haters better have thick skin because i think we have made a terrible mistake in getting rid .no levy made the mistake.

The only words that come to mind are ‘Oh dear’. Why buy Dembele who did brilliantly against United last week and not play him. Why buy Adebayor and not play him. Why play 4-5-1 or 4-2-3-1 or whatever bullshit it was, not be able to score, put on a second forward, score, then immediately take a forward off for a midfielder, only to concede. Then why do it again this week. Why play Sigurdsson (who looks crap so far) and not Dempsey who has scored well year. (Although that might have something to do with just signing, I dont know).

Thats all AVB I’m afraid. Anytime West Brom or Norwich attacked, our defence seemed to poo their pants exactly how they used to before Harry Redknapp came. We are going to get whooped good and proper by the top teams. I cant even see top 6 happening if this goes on, theres too many other good teams. What a load of shite.

Plyers eligible for the teamsheet on sat had to be registered by noon on friday.

Didnt get dempsey done till fri eve..

  • A_Felching says:

Levy sacked Harry and appointed AVB then talked of legacy, AVB is a good coach but a miricle worker he ain’t. The invention of the squad has been sold and not replaced, we are in for a dire season and the manager is not to blame.

    • Sid says:

Well Harry sure was some miracle worker then, werent he?

      • A_Felching says:

If he was any fucking good we would have finished above Arsenal, the mess we are in is Levy and Redknapps

        • Sid says:

Forget Arsenal. 4th, 5th, 4th. Beating the likes of Inter and AC, in style. When did that last happen?
Arsenal are shitter now too anyway.

      • A_Felching says:

give AVB a Modric and aVDV and we would have trounced Norwich, had to sell them because the previous clown thought he was the next England manager

        • Sid says:

He definitely fucked us up when Capello was sacked. But otherwise werent it great. sigh

        • Stuthemidsyid says:

Exactly though, pilchard left us for dead, if only in his mind, when Capello went. Truth is that we were looking for a new manager ever since and just because Harry couldn’t keep his fucking mouth shut about being the next England manager spurs were supposed to forget all that and stick with the bloke who couldn’t drop us quick enough when he had a better offer. Fuck him and fuck you to!

        • stantheman says:

what aload of shite ,levy should have gone out and got harry cahill and tevez then we would have got what we deserved everyone knew ledley was finished but we had to persist with him or nelson ,gallas even avb couldnt win with that choice of defenders.

    • Joe says:

Didn’t he also sack Jol and get in Ramos

  • hoofing says:

    That echos my thoughts HH.
